This Deed, made this 25th day of Ferbuary in the Year of our Lord, One thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy one, between Charles A. Bonjour and Louise Bonjour, his wife, of Neuchatel, County of Nemaha, and State of Kansas, Parties of the first part, and Henry Labbe, Alfred Bonjour and Frederic H. Bonjour of Neuchatel, County of Nemaha and State of Kansas, for and in Behalf of the Presbyterian Congregation of Neuchatel, parties of the second part.

Witnesseth, that the said parties of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy Five ($ 75.-) in hand paid by said parties of hte First part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do... by these presents grant, bargain, sell, Remise, Release, Alien, Convey and Confirm unto the said parties of the Second part and to their successors in office and assign forever all of the following described tract piece and parcel of land, lying and situated in the County of Nemaha and State of Kansas, to wit :

Commencing on the North East corner of the South half of the South East quarter of section No 32, Township No 5, range No 11, east, thence running forty roads * south, thence west twenty roads, thence north forty roads, thence east twenty roads to the place of begining, containing five acres. To be held in trust by the above named trustees for and in behalf of the Presbyterian Congregation of Neuchatel County of Nemana and State of Kansas, and incorporated on the 28th January A.D. 1871 under the name of the French Presbyterian Congragation of Neuchatel, and to be used only for the purpose of evangelical worships.

Together with all and singular, the hereditaments and appurtenances, thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining : To Have and To Hold the same unto the said parties of the Second Part, their successors in office, and assigns forever and for the purpose above stated. And the said parties of the first part do hereby convenant and agree with the said parties of the second part that at the time of the delivery hereof they were the lawfull owners of the premises above granted, and seized hereof in fee simple and absolute and for themselves and their heir, do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said parties of the Second part, their successors in office and assigns that they will Warrant and forever defend the same lands and appartenances, and every part and parcel thereof unto the said parties of the second part, their succesors in office and assigns, against the said parties of the First Part, and their heirs, and against all and every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same.

In Testimony thereof, the First parties of the First part have hereunto set their hands, the day and year above written.

State of Kansas, County of Nemaha, Be it remembered that, on this twenty fifth day of February A.D. 1871, before me, the undersigned, a Justice of Peace in an d for the County and State aforesaid, came Charles A. Bonjour and Louise Bonjour his wife, who are personally known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument of writing and duly acknowledged the execution of the same.
